How to Use Microsoft PowerPoint for Schedules & Calendars
- 1). Click on the "File" tab on the left side of the Microsoft Office ribbon. Click "New" to open a new, blank presentation.
- 2). Click the "Calendar" category from the list on the left. Browse through the templates available on Microsoft's website. Once you've found one you want to use, click to select it and then click the "Download" button. It takes a few moments to download and then a new presentation opens with the template.
- 3). Click on the "Insert" tab and click "Text Box." Click and drag on the slide to draw the text box and then type the scheduled event. Repeat for all the items you need to schedule.
