How to Use a Health Rider Exerciser
- 1). Work out on your HealthRider by placing your feet on the pedals and using the same motions you would for an exercise bike. You can also place your hands on the handlebar to pull the weight for an upper-body workout. Place your hands on the side handles to focus on your lower body.
- 2). Exercise on the machine for at least 20 minutes per day, three days per week, as recommended by HealthRider.
- 3). Follow the "Fat to Thin" DVD workouts that come with your new HealthRider to try specific exercise programs.
- 4). Use the display to track your fitness progress. You can note your total time, estimated calories burned and stroke count.
