They say what you eat is just as important as what you put on. My mother always says eat your vegetables. Lack of proper vitamins and minerals can lead to skin issues like dry skin and premature aging. I loved a quick and easy kale and almond salad for a quick pick me up. Kale is a super food with provides you with Vitamin K and C. Add in a hand full almonds for Vitamin E and B6. Can't live without kale almonds.
