How to Reinstall Vista on an Acer 5610
- 1). Back up all your files. This can be accomplished by using a USB external hard drive, flash drive or CD/DVD-R and is important to do, as reinstalling Vista will delete all your current files and programs.
- 2). Write down the Windows Vista product key. This will be found on the bottom of the Acer 5610 on a yellow or blue sticker.

- 5). Click "Install Now" on the "Install Windows" page. Type the product key on the "Type your product key for activation" page. Click "Next."
- 6). Read the license terms, and click the box next to "I accept the license terms." Click "Next." Click "Custom" when asked what type of installation you want.
