iPhones in general are said to be having some of the best, if not the best, Smartphone cameras around. And some newer phones have 13-megapixel sensors, meaning they produce larger images. But the iPhone has a way of almost always capturing great, balanced photos.

 4) Color Effect FX  HD:Color Effect is a very easy-to-use app that can create very attractive photos from your photo library or camera. If you've ever seen a black-and-white photo with a small sliver of color added to it, you know exactly what Color effect designed to do. Choose a brush size and you can move your finger across the screen to uncover and reveal the color beneath the black and white.

The beauty is in the simplicity. This app is very easy to use with minimal menus, no distracting ads or filters that you'll never use, and the ability to pinch and zoom with ease. if you are interested in the idea of customizing your photos by adding splashes of color to black and white, or just want a way to make your photos somehow new and exciting, then this is the perfect app for you.
