    • 1). Turn on the television and take note as to what side the Philips projection television is off.

    • 2). Power down the TV and remove all cables from the rear of the set (including the electrical cable). Remove the Phillips-head screws along the rear of the TV and slide off the back cover to reveal the interior of the television.

    • 3). Look toward the middle of the TV. There is a small lens that focuses the direction of the projection (similar to a movie theater projector).

    • 4). Gently push the projector lens toward the direction you are not receiving any picture information. Take into consideration only a slight nudge is going to move the image on the TV an inch or two.

    • 5). Power on the television even while the cover is off to check the realignment. If you need to continue to adjust the lens, make sure to turn off the TV first and wait a moment or two for the lens to cool. Continue the process until you have converted the picture size to the accurate shape, then place the cover back on the TV and reconnected all the equipment.
