Ending Dropper Agent System Processes

• 1). Press the "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Esc" keys on your keyboard at the same time. This brings up the Windows Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Processes" tab.
  
  
• 3). Click on the "Trojan Horse Dropper.Agent.tid" line to select it.
  
  
• 4). Click on the "End Process" button in the Windows Task Manager window.
  
  

Deleting Dropper Agent Registry Keys

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu.
  
  
• 2). Click on "Run."
  
  
• 3). Type "regedit" and press "Enter" on your keyboard. This action will bring up the registry editor.
  
  
• 4). Find and delete the following registry key:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Trojan Horse Dropper.Agent.tid.
  
  

Deleting Dropper Agent Directory

• 1). Go to "Start" menu and click on "My Computer."
  
  
• 2). Double-click the "C:" drive.
  
  
• 3). Double-click the "Program Files" folder.
  
  
• 4). Click on "Trojan Horse Dropper.Agent.tid" folder to highlight it, and hit "Delete" on your keyboard.
  
  
• 5). Click "Yes" in the confirmation window to delete the directory and restart your computer.
