Then, within this one week period of time you are going to fix the duration of time that you are going to spend for your preparation stage.
Preparation Stage
Some people needs only one month as for the preparation and some people requires two months. That's totally up to you. But do not elongate your preparation stage too length of a time. I would suggest that you should take 3 to 4 months. On the other hand if you take too short of a time as for your preparation stage then it could happen that your exercises were not done properly and by dint of which you may face a set back during your Starting Day On stage. As for example in my case, my first preparation stage was too short, it was like 15 days. I did not prepare myself to deal with my emotion of anger and for reason I faced a set back during my first attempt and thus I had to start a new preparation stage. I am still at the stage of my second Starting Day On stage since July 25, 2000 and I hope to remain here at this stage throughout my life here in this dimension.
During this preparation stage you are required to set some rules for yourself and you really need to obey those rules. Here is an example that I would like to write about. I will talk about by giving an example of my own case. I used to smoke after every meal, in other words that matter was deeply rooted in my habit. So I figured it out that I would make a rule regarding this matter and I would obey that rule and there will be no exception about that rule. The rule would be that I would skip the water after every meal and by doing that it would appear to me that I never completed my meal and so my reflex action would not light up a cigarette. And after one hour or so I would then had a drink. So during my preparation stage I practiced this rule and obeyed it and perfected it and ultimately I rearranged my habit regarding that particular deep rooted sub-program. Similarly I made certain other rules for each of my smoke related habit. And I obeyed it and again, perfected it and in turn changed my habit regarding each of my smoke related behavior. So the main formula here is that- You are prepared to make a rule and you are prepared to obey that rule under all circumstances. You are actually learning here how to deal the situation during your big occasion which is lying in front of you at Starting Day On stage. And there are off-course many major and minor tasks here in this stage to perform for the optimum result.
