- 1). Click the "Start" orb, click the "Control Panel," then click the "Classic View" link to display the Control Panel in the classic view.
- 2). Double-click the "Problem Reports and Solutions" icon and click the "Change Settings" link. Click the "Advanced Settings" link. A new page launches.
- 3). Select the "Off" radio button under "For my programs, problem reporting is:" Click "OK," and then click "Close" when you see the "Windows Problem Reporting is Turned Off" dialog message.
