    Automatic Installation

    • 1). Insert your flash drive into an open USB port on your computer.

    • 2). Wait while your computer detects the device and installs the needed software to work with it (this happens automatically).

    • 3). Click "Start" from your Windows desktop, then click "My Computer." Your flash drive is listed with the other drives on your system.

    • 4). Double-click your device to view the files stored inside.

    Manually Install Drivers

    • 1). Use your web browser to visit the homepage of your device manufacturer.

    • 2). Download the driver files for your specific device (typically, by clicking the "Download" button and waiting for the process to auto-complete). Save the executable to your desktop when prompted.

    • 3). Double-click the downloaded file to run the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
