How to Remove a Mailbox From a Blackberry
- 1). Select the settings application from the applications menu. This menu can be accessed by pushing the "Menu" button, which is between your yellow "Phone" button and the trackball (on most models) or center button (on the Bold).
- 2). Select "Email Settings" within the settings application. This menu looks like an envelope with a gear on it. Select it by navigating over to it using your trackball (or center button on the Curve) and then pressing the trackball (or center button).
- 3). Navigate to the account/mailbox that you wish to delete. The mailboxes are listed by the email address (unless you provided an alternate name for the account when you set it up). Use your trackball until the mailbox you want to delete is highlighted.
- 4). Press the "Menu" button. You will see a series of options including "Edit," "Filters" and "Delete." Navigate to the "Delete" option and select by pressing the trackball.
