Now, call up someone important to you and TELL THEM.
Don't be embarrassed "in case you don't achieve it" because you WILL succeed.
Tell everyone and any one what your goal is and you'll soon find that you have NO CHOICE but to make it.
Write it on sticky notes and put them through your home.
At first it felt crazy to look at my goal, but after a while my goal seemed totally attainable because it had become normal to me.
I had told myself and others over and over again that I was going to achieve it...
and my BRAIN now believes it.
Not only that, but every day I make decisions that take me closer to my goal because it is always in the forefront of my mind.
I eat, sleep and BREATHE my vision.
