AT&T Customers

• 1). Log into your or create an AT&T account at attwireless.com. The login and register links are located in the top right corner of the screen.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Manage Features" link located in the "Quick Links" on the account overview page.
  
  
• 3). Scroll down to the features listed in the "Smart Solutions" section, and select "Smart Limits for Wireless Parental Controls". If you already have this feature in your package, skip this step. Click "Next" and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your order to add Smart Limits.
  
  
• 4). Navigate back to your wireless account page, and click "Manage AT&T Smart Limits for Wireless".
  
  
• 5). Select "Blocked Numbers" from the left column.
  
  
• 6). Enter the 10-digit number of the phone from which you wish to block text messages, and click the "Submit" button to the right.
  
  

Verizon Customers

• 1). Log into your or create a Verizon account at verizonwireless.com. The login and register links are located in the top right corner of the screen.
  
  
• 2). Choose "Block Calls and Messages" from the "Plan" column in the "I Want To..." section.
  
  
• 3). Choose the "Call and Message Blocking" tab.
  
  
• 4). Enter the 10-digit number of the phone from which you wish to block text messages, and click the "Save" button.
