What The Cigarette Companies Would Hate For Me To Tell You
You see, there is not just one important thing but many important things.
So I'll I will list a few of the things I think are very important if you want to succeed in quitting.
If you're trying to quit smoking then you are going to need to take responsibility.
You can't blame anybody for for this addiction because you and only you created it.
I am going to be a little hard on you so don't take it personally but it really is your own fault.
A part of achieving a goal is accepting and clearly pointing out your situation and problems and then and then changing it until you have reached your goal.
So forget about blaming anyone but yourself, I've helped a bunch of smokers quit and they'll always tell me things like things like "I smoke because I am always stressed" (come on, if you didn't already know it scientifically proven the smoking gives you more stress) or "I smoke just to annoy all those self-righteous non smokers".
Be frank with yourself, are the excuses you are giving yourself logical because I'll bet they they are mostly lies.
It's important that you change this, simply take responsibility for for this addiction and work towards quitting.
The ability to see things from someone else's perspective is a great inspiration for helping you quit smoking.
Not empathy for yourself but empathy for those around you.
Now I, like you hated those self-righteous non-smokers.
I mean what right did they have to tell me my habit was not good and that I should quit.
The thing is though, once you think what it's like to be in their shoes you can see that they are almost completely right%.
Smoking is becoming less accepted by the public as time goes on.
So anyways to help aid you in quitting try to be a little empathetic I promise it won't be too hard.
I hope this article been useful to you in some way, the aim was to give you a couple of fundamentals so that you could then take those insights and apply them usefully.
So now that you know a couple of things, get out there and drop the stinking cigarette habit! Good Luck.
