Keep Fit and Lose Your Acne Or Bad Skin

Now when I had acne, I wasn't overweight so when someone suggested that I go to the gym to help my spots, my already fragile self-confidence was diminished further.
However, I then looked into the ideas that perhaps exercise could actually help with the cure of acne.
Now acne is caused by a hormonal imbalance- fact.
So to cure your acne you have to re-balance those hormones- makes sense really, and is a lot less complicated than many acne experts would have you believe.
This is good news as it means you may not be able to be in control of your hormones getting out of balance, but you can take charge and naturally help them rebalance- and one of the best ways you can do this is with exercise.
Exercise not only rebalances your hormones, it also reduces stress - which is another cause of acne that needs addressing! Exercise helps by increasing the flow of blood to the skin and moderate sweating helps to clear pores from the inside - this will help to clear existing acne and also prevent further acne.
Exercise of course improves your fitness which means more oxygen is being pumped around your body more effectively and toxins are more quickly expelled, resulting in noticeably glowing skin! Tips when exercising if you have acne: do 20-30 minutes of exercise that makes you sweat moderately, 3-5 times a week is good.
Keep your hair away from your face.
Remove make-up/ wash your skin before you exercise and shower and wash your face as soon as you have finished exercising.
Do not touch your face during exercise as this will put bacteria onto your skin- remove sweat with a clean towel as you work-out.
Also a by product is this is you may lose some weight, but it will also increase your overall health and confidence, and if like me, acne has robbed you of your self-confidence and zest for life, then this will help to restore it on your journey to being acne free for life, by taking charge and rebalancing those hormones.
