Coping With a Relationship That Has Ended is Never Easy

When my relationship of last 5 years ended, I was shattered.
The sinking feeling kept gnawing at me and I still miss her terribly.
Coping with a relationship that has ended is always tough.
You need to realise why it ended and then slowly move on.
When you break up, trust me, it feels like the end of the world.
It really doesn't matter who broke up with who but the reason of the breaup should be clear.
If you wish to move on in your life, the first thing you need to understand is the cause of the breakup.
If you were dumped, you need to be clear of why your ex dumped you else you keep thinking about it forever.
So, set things right with your ex - Sometimes the situation is such that a break up becomes imperative - In such cases, you and your ex must understand that and carry on with you lives.
In case your ex did not clearly say why he wants to break up or if you are not sure about the future prospects and simply break off.
It's best to meet with you ex once after the breakup just to talk things through.
This is very important and surely the stepping stone for you to move on in life, find someone new and finally settle down if things work out.
Once you have analyzed the root cause and let go of all thoughts of your ex, this is when coping with a relationship that has ended becomes somewhat easier for both involved.
