1.
Your Health
Well no surprise that this is top of my list because, as every smoker knows, cigarettes kill adults every day! Smokers do not want to experience the health problems related to cigarette smoking yet despite the chances of your health suffering you still smoke.
Why? Smokers increase their chances of getting: cancer, cataracts, and skin wrinkling.
And there is an increased risk for smokers of: heart attacks, strokes, oh yeah, and early death.
And yet you still smoke.

2.
Your Money
Have you ever really thought about how much you spend on smoking, per day, per week, per year? After 40 years of smoking and trying every method there was to give up I finally found a method that worked for me.
What I can tell you here is that you may be spending as much as £4,015 or the $ equivalent a year if you smoke! And yet you still smoke.
Why?
Just imagine what else you could be spending that money on! 3.
Your Appearance
So what does smoking do to your appearance? You mean apart from the bad breath, yellowed teeth and fingernails, premature skin aging and early hair loss I guess.
Seriously, I guess you won't worry too much about your appearance as you'll also probably die sooner than you would have if you didn't smoke.
You smell like a filthy ashtray and yet you still smoke.

4.
Your Friends And Family
I am talking about passive smoking here.
Anyone who lives with you gets exposed to your tobacco smoke, and probably breathes them in every day.
The exact risk to them is not fully understood, but there is evidence that this can affect their health in the long term.
There is proof that second-hand smoke is very damaging to others.
You could be damaging not just your health but the health of your partner and your children if you carry on smoking.
And yet you still smoke.

5.
Your Social Life
With more and more places becoming no go for smokers: Including pubs, clubs, theatres and for us Brits Bingo Halls: it is getting harder and harder for smokers to have a normal social life.
I now look at all the smokers I see, especially on a cold rainy evening, trying to find some shelter as they stand alone or in groups outside their favorite entertainment venue.
And yet you still smoke.
Why?
6.
Your Sex/Reproductive Life
If you are a man, then smokers have a 50 percent increased risk of developing erectile dysfunction than men who don't smoke.
Taking away all the other medical problems that cause erectile dysfunction this fact is still true for smokers.
If you are a woman, then smokers have an increased risk of problems with fertility, more chance of having a pre-term delivery and an increased risk of having a low birth weight baby.
And yet you still smoke.

7.
Your Day To Day Life
So I just walked slowly down to the town.
Why, because going any faster I get out of breath.
Hold on a minute, that was then when I was a smoker and now I can already feel my body getting back to what it was and okay, I am a little older now so no running till I drop but the difference in how I feel is amazing.
As breathing has become easier I have felt my energy levels increase too.
Getting out of breath quickly if you are a smoker can affect your whole life including: If you do not smoke you can have sex longer without being out of breath.
And yet you still smoke.
