Many people just hate the sight of wavy hair and if you are one of those people then you can do something about it but only if you want to and you want to get nice hair.
So what you could do is just think about what type of hair style you will want and then you will need to set steps for yourself to get hair but make sure that you set yourself good sets which you can follow without worrying about how to do it or what to do.
If you look out on the street with people with nice hair styles then keep in mind that not everyone has nice hair most of the people have done something to get it nice and straight.

Make sure that you do not damage you hair when you are getting straight hair as then you will get split ends and which are really annoying and hard to get rid of so make sure you do it carefully.
If it was me then what I would do is get a hair straighter and straighten my hair but apply on hair cream to protect it getting burnt.
Make sure if you need help with the back parts then you ask someone who can do it for you.
Make sure that you do every strand of your hair to make if all even and straight make sure that if you got a fringe you do that as well.
