Get Your Blog Noticed - Are You Using A Call To Action?

103 5
There are many ways to get your blog noticed from social media, article writing, guest blogging and many more, but are you using your resource box to its full advantage? Many people don't understand how to use the resource box so that you not only get more exposure for your blog but you actually get people to click on the links within those boxes.
At the end of the day if nobody is clicking the links then the box may as well not be there.
I see so many people use the exact same message in their resource box for each and every one of their article, heck I used to do the same thing myself all the time.
But the trick is to change your resource box around for every article you make so that it has a different message each time.
With most article directories the box will actually flow with the article itself, it will not be a separate thing but a place where there are a few lines at the end.
To the untrained it will look as though it is part of the article and the reader would know no difference.
This is where you can really get your blog noticed by having a strong call to action that flow with whatever you have written about.
By having a strong call to action and offering more information as a solution to a problem you stand a much better chance of people clicking on the link.
Now most article directories will allow you to have two links within the text and here is what I like to do with the links.
You first one can be to a capture page or sales page giving the read information about your product or service.
The second one is to really get your blog noticed.
What you should do is send people to a blog post that is related to the article you have written using and anchor text of the keyword of that post.
This will link directly to that blog post giving you a back link from a high authority site which will help in your listings.
To get your blog noticed even more you could even use your two links and link to two different posts giving you two back links.
As long as you keep them related and in the same niche you will be fine.
