Exercise at Home Without Any Equipment!
In today's world, you don't need to go to a gym to get a full workout.
You can do it from the comfort of your home.
Here are some examples of things you can do.
You probably don't want to do everything in a single workout, however, make sure you rotate so that your whole body is getting worked at some point.
Crunches- There are many ways to get the abs worked.
You can do regular crunches, side crunches, etc.
Everyone has there own way of doing these.
Jumping Jacks- Try to do these at the beginning, middle, and end of your workout.
Push-ups- Make sure you go all the way down.
If your a girl you can also do the "girl push up" and put your knees on the ground.
Just make sure that when you go down, your bottom moves down as well and not just your face.
Steps- The first three steps of your stairway are great for working out your legs.
Just go up and down, rotating your legs.
Dumbbell Exercises- These are great for your arm muscles.
There are many different ways to this, working all parts of your arm.
(you can buy these at the store for under $10.
) The dumbbells come in all sizes (3lbs +) Another great idea is to just use two full water bottles! Yoga- Learning the basic yoga moves is great because you can do it on your own.
Try buying a book or going along with a video at first.
This is great for helping you with your strengh, posture, and relaxation in general.
Platies- Platies are great for getting you moving and also strength.
There are a few different types.
I would also suggest getting a book or going along with a video for this.
Leg lifts- These are great for your butt and thighs.
For the first one, lay on your side and lift that leg into the air.
Do a set or two and than rotate to the other leg.
For another great leg exercise, get on your hands and knees, and lift one leg at a time into the air.

Jogging- If you don't have a treadmill, trying jogging outside.
