    Change Home Screen Directly from iPod Touch

    • 1). Press the "Home" button on the iPod Touch and slide your finger across the screen's bar to unlock it.

    • 2). Press your finger against an application icon until it wiggles to access the customization options.

    • 3). Slide your finger against the screen while still pressing on the application's icon to move the icon around.

    • 4). Tap the "X" in the upper-left corner of the application icon to delete it from your home screen.

    • 5). Tap "No Thanks" to bypass rating the application before deleting it (unless you care to rate it) and press the "Home" button to save the changes to the home screen.

    Change Home Screen from iTunes

    • 1). Plug the wide end of the iPod cable into your iPod Touch and plug the other end into your computer's USB port.

    • 2). Click "Start" on the your Windows PC taskbar and click "Programs," "Apple" and "iTunes" to open the iTunes program. For Macs, click the "iTunes" icon on your screen's dock.

    • 3). Click the "iPod Touch" tab in the iTunes sidebar and click the "Applications" tab in the main iTunes window. Check the box next to "Sync Applications."

    • 4). Press and hold the left-click button of your mouse, or hold down the taskbar on your Mac, and drag the application icon on the iPod Touch window to move the application. Release the mouse-click or trackpad to place the application in different location.

    • 5). Uncheck the box next to the application's name in the Application list to remove the application from your iPod Touch. Click the "Apply" button to save the changes.
