    • 1). Lay two wooden craft sticks parallel to each other, and put a dab of glue on both ends of each stick.

    • 2). Lay two more sticks perpendicular to the first two to form a square. The added sticks should lay directly on top of the dabs of glue from Step 1.

    • 3). Dab some glue on the four new corners, but slightly more toward the center. Lay two more sticks parallel to the original sticks from Step 1, but slightly further inward. These new sticks should cover the dabs of glue.

    • 4). Dab some glue on the four new corners, but slightly more toward the center. Lay two more sticks parallel to the sticks from Step 2, but slightly further inward. These new sticks should cover the dabs of glue.

    • 5). Continue to alternate between Step 3 and Step 4 until the two added sticks touch each other. The dabs of glue should slowly move closer toward the middle of the structure, and the added sticks should as well.

    • 6). Dab glue on the very ends of the two last added craft sticks, and place a perpendicular craft stick at either end. These will serve as the base for the bowl and will ensure that it does not topple.

    • 7). Wait for the glue to dry well, and then turn over the completed bowl.
