Austin"s Shamrock Trap
To build this leprechaun trap, Austin and his mom created the shamrock shaped base out of cardboard.
"We cut cardboard in the shape of a clover and painted it green. We used a Glad-like container and did decoupage with left over gold Christmas tissue paper. We used decorative, St. Patrick's glitter glue for the decoupage, but regular glue will work just as good. We added faux gold coins to lure the leprechaun and used a Starbucks green straw to collapse the trap once the leprechaun entered the trap.
We also added additional decorations." ~ Austin's mom.
