How to Put Your Hair in a Wig Cap

• 1). Part your hair in the back by creating a vertical part in the middle of the back of your head. The part does not have to be perfect.
  
  
• 2). Create a ponytail on each side of your head. Each ponytail should rest behind the ear. Place the ponytail about an inch away from the middle of the ear.
  
  
• 3). Take one ponytail and wrap it so it lays on top of your head. Bring it slightly forward to where it rests close to your forehead.
  
  
• 4). Place bobby pins at the base of the ponytail and up both sides of the ponytail. It will take many pins.
  
  
• 5). Repeat this process with the other ponytail. Finish off with hairspray.
  
  
• 6). Place both hands inside the cap. Open your hands and pull apart to open up the cap.
  
  
• 7). Starting at the base of the skull at the back of your head, slide the cap over your hair and pull it up and around your head. The cap should fit snug around your hairline.
  
  
• 8). Stick stray hair underneath the cap and spray with hairspray. You are now ready to put on your wig.
