Get your ex to feel a sense jealousy and loneliness over your recent date with a new mate.

They will question your attraction towards them and start to feel curious.
Start Looking Your Best And Feeling Your Best- You want to use the "pain/pleasure" principle on your ex.
Wear your best attire, get a haircut, hit the gym.
Do whatever it takes to get yourself into a peak state physically/emotionally/mentally.
If there are certain sports, interests, hobbies you play that bring these peak feelings out of you and give you a high sense of satisfaction.
This is ultimately what you are trying to accomplish.
Then approach your ex in your peak state and show them what they are missing out on by not having you in their life.
