    • 1). Launch a Web browser and visit the Microsoft Office template site (office.Microsoft.com).

    • 2). Locate the page for the "APA Style" template and click "Download." Windows will download the template and automatically launch Microsoft Word and load the template.

    • 3). Enter the required information to fill out the title page of the template. Text is formatted properly according to APA style; you just have to replace the guide words with information about your paper.

    • 4). Write your paper in the body of the document. Line spacing and font formats are already taken care of. You just need to do the research and provide the content.
