Living Life: The Stuff We Do Everyday
Let's keep it short.
We all have busy schedules...
So, this article is about living life.
What makes us feel that we have lived life? Lived a day.
I believe that it is the stuff we do.
You know, just the stuff we do.
Food.
Music.
Adventure.
Nature.
People.
Culture.
Religion.
Relationships.
You get my drift...
Essentially it's the new stuff we do that makes the biggest difference.
Things we normally don't do.
Draw.
Camp [with your 5 year old son].
Sky Dive.
Picnic with your family.
Visit an opera.
Travel.
Etc.
Most of the times, we do new stuff because we are inspired.
And then...
in the end, we are inspired by people and the stuff that inspires them.
So, it's sort of a dual action.
We are inspired by people to be inspired to be an inspiration to other again.
That's the beauty of life.
People need people.
If you've got to do one thing today that will add to your life and perhaps inspire someone else, what would it be? This is where I find myself right now in my life.
After 27 years, I realize that in order for me to live life, I've got to start do stuff.
And it's not that difficult.
We are all inspired on a constant basis.
Some more than other.
But when we are, let's use it to live life.
Just do it.
I get inspired by good movies quite a lot.
It ignites something within me.
Even if it is for just a fraction of my existence, then at least I have lived for that time.
But it normally doesn't last for only a fraction.
It lasts a lot longer.
And that's the great part of doing stuff.
The results that it has on your life normally outlast the time that it took you to do it.
But it doesn't only stay with an action and a result.
It has the tendency to thrust itself into the next big "stuff" that you will be doing? So what inspires you? Seek those sources out and just do something.
It is almost impossible to be inspired and not do something.
That's the whole essence of inspiration.
It drives you to do something without you having to go through all the emotions of not feeling like it.
May you live life.
May you be inspired.
And may you be an inspiration to others.
