If you want to decorate your room with wallpaper, it is always advisable to contact any Wallpaper in Kolkata showrooms. Anyhow if you want to do it yourself, there is a process which needs to be followed. The most important aspect is where to start the wallpapering in your room. The thing which is first required for the process is the steps. As in this process you need to move up and down with the piece of wallpaper, brush and the shears. You have to be very particular while placing the first wall paper. It should be placed straight. Or else the whole job would be spoiled as the following wall papers would not be placed properly. The first piece should be placed in the corner of the wall having a window in it. Then you have to put the rest on working away from the light. .
Take the wallpaper over your left arm, like a coat, and you have to remember that you have 2/5cm extra on the top. You have to be in a proper position on the steps, hold the larger fold holding them in the two hands and let the fold drop down between the steps and the wall. You don't bother about the bottom fold for now, offer the paper up to the wall letting 1cm go on to the wall with the window in, and about 2 past the top of the wall. Once you have placed the top of the first piece properly, make sure that you hold the rest of the wallpaper piece and paste it correctly. When the wall paper comes on the switch board, you have to cut the edges of the wallpaper placing tightly on the board with a sharp blade. When you are working on the corners of the room, never try to paste the full paper, put the paper back on the pasting table; lets say you have a gap of 6 to the corner. Your going to cut a 6 wide piece put that up and then put up the piece that's left over. First you have to measure the space in the corner at the top, middle and then in bottom. Then you have to take the widest measurement 6, and then you have to work out at which corner the paper matches and hold the tape with your finger and thumb on the blade, put the point of your shears against the end of the tape and run everything down the length of the paper scoring an impression with the shears. Carefully cut down the impression; put the first piece up and then the off cut which will match. Wallpaper will take a day or so to dry out.
