2 Steps To Consistent Content Creations

103 10
If you are having trouble finding the time to create blog content this article will show you how you can commit to posting at least four times a week.
By altering your daily habits by a tiny amount you can create a content schedule that will allow you to become a consistent blogger.
All you need is a notepad program and an alarm clock.
1.
Notepad
- All computers have a basic text editor.
Whenever you are on the computer have this program open.
What you are going to do is copy and paste anything interesting you find while browsing online.
You will also jot down any ideas you have.
Any time something makes you react emotionally (laugh, cry, get angry) then write that down as well.
Basically this will be a running diary.
Save all of your notepad files when you are done at the computer.
This is optional, but I would title all my saved files by date and keep them localized in one folder.
This step is key to creating content.
It will make the next step possible.
2.
Alarm Clock
- OK so how do you use the alarm clock?  Well you set it an hour early two times a week.
If you don't want to get up earlier two times a week than find a couple hours in your current schedule.
If you say that is impossible - you are wrong.
I guarantee anyone reading this wastes more than two hours a week.
If your current schedule won't allow you to steal two hours away, then get the alarm clock.
No one likes to get up early, but getting up an hour early two times a week isn't impossible.
The bonus with this method is that it will probably be quiet.
Plus the morning is a great time to write in my opinion.
If you are a night owl then go to bed an hour later two times a week.
Anyways in these two hours your goal is to create two or three blog posts.
That might seem like a lot in an hour, but you can do it with your saved notepad notes!  Using those notes you will be able to create a couple blog posts pretty quickly.
Pick out your favorite things in the notes and share them with your readers.
You can take one thing and expand on it as well.
When you have a week of notes to go through, you will be surprised how quick you can find blog content.
You do this two times a week and you will have 4-6 blog posts EVERY week.
That is very consistent.
You can easily then add them to your blog and schedule them to drop on different days.
This might seem like a "no brainer" to you guys, but when I shared this with fellow bloggers they were very surprised how effective it was.
Any writer can tell you the power of a diary.
I would be surprised if most of our literary heroes didn't use them.
For everyone who complains about not having enough time, a note pad and an alarm clock can have you consistently creating content every week!
