How to Make Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breasts
- 1). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2). Wrap one slice of bacon around the boneless chicken breast. Use wooden tooth picks to hold the bacon slice on. The bacon may overlap. Repeat with the other breast.
- 3). Put the two wrapped chicken breasts in a small baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
- 4). Bake the chicken breasts for 25 minutes and remove the foil.
- 5). In a small bowl, mix the hot mustard with the water using a spoon.
- 6). Brush the hot mustard mixture using a pastry brush over the chicken breasts. Bake, uncovered, for another 20 to 25 minutes or until the juices run clear from the chicken breasts.
- 7). Take the chicken breasts out of the oven and let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the tooth picks before serving the chicken breasts.
