Programmed Dreams - How To Start Getting Answers Tonight

Enlightenment, when most of us think of Enlightenment we are drawn to the the image of turning on a light in a dark room.
We are now able to see things that were otherwise invisible to our naked eye.
However the alignment that I am speaking of is much deeper and broader.
It is an overwhelming and sudden illumination that was previously out of the range of our knowledge and or experience.
So many times, without further awakening, it is very easy for a person to reject anything that is not part of the five senses relating to imagination or fabrication.
There are many kinds of Enlightenment and I'm concerned here with self enlightenment through the power of the mind as revealed to us from the subconscious and other powers that be in the process of dreams.
If we want to achieve a state of Enlightenment in which we can arrive at new revelations concerning current problems and or difficulties, utilizing existing mystical methods, this could take more years that are available in our current lifetime.
Only a select few have achieved such levels of Enlightenment through yoga and meditation.
There is good news however as you do not have to be a yoga expert and meditate for years and years to achieve levels of Enlightenment.
Whether you know it or not when you fall a sleep you reach a just as deep a level of unconsciousness as an experienced seasoned Yogi.
However you were unaware of this and have not been trained to utilize these levels of unconsciousness with regards to solving daily problems.
The two main effective techniques that I use for achieving answers during sleep are as follows.
The first is to make a clear and concise declaration that you will have a dream about a certain problem or situation and you will awake with the answer and if the answer needs to be interpreted you will have that interpretation.
You will then further decide to awaken at the very end of the dream regardless of the hour you will be able to remember it, and you will write it down.
For years people have been using biofeedback, to achieve deeper levels of consciousness while still being in control, however this method takes years of training and discipline as well as costly equipment to monitor existing levels of consciousness.
The remarkable thing about program dreams is other than a few simple techniques utilizing self talk, practically anyone can do it any night at will.
For the past 40 years I have used program dreams and found them to be one of the most effective tools for finding solutions to any and all problems.
I have found patients friends and relatives who are encouraged to apply this technique have achieved amazing results.
Often time answers go far beyond the person's knowledge and even reach well beyond the dreamer to other people.
On average when faced with the challenges of life the average person contemplates one or two solutions to any given problem.
On the other hand the program dream technique being utilized while we are asleep seems to search the mysteries of the universe both within and without to all possible solutions, and we awake with the very best one.
When a patient of my responds to a problem with, "I'll think about that" I usually reply, "what do you mean think about it".
Your thoughts are irrelevant.
You can only think of a few solutions when there is an unlimited possibility in the universe, and you can know the very best one any night at will.
Program dreams will enable you to get that enlightened answer! Resolve to store your programmed dream journey tonight.
Get a simple spiral bound notebook and and erasable pen.
Place them by your bedside along with a nice illuminated clock.
Just before going to bed, your thoughts and say to yourself that tonight you will sleep well and that you will dream dreams that will solve the answers to a specific problem that you will repeat to yourself clearly and concisely.
Tell yourself that you will upon wakening have the solution to this problem.
And that you will dream about it and the dream will be remembered and that you will write it down.
Repeat this to yourself, and understand that with practice this will get very easy and seemed quite natural.
It's extremely important that the moment you wake up you begin writing all of the dream that you had quickly and effortlessly.
Review the dream that you just wrote down, and you will find the answer will quickly formulate.
