Teenagers and young adults have adopted this style, which shows individuality and creativity. Gothic Lolita

• Gothic Lolita, or Goth Loli, dress is a form of Harajuku style that combines gothic Victorian clothing with the popular Japanese "lolita" fashion style. Lolita followers dress in a way that depicts themselves as overtly cute. To dress in the Goth Loli fashion, black and white clothing and accessories are a must. Knee-length black skirts and ruffly shirts with lace and ribbons are typical. A lacy French maid costume works as a base for this look. Many goth lolis wear heeled shoes and boots; shoes with buckles and straps are best to evoke the Victorian look. Cartoon characters, bright clothing, pastels, ruffles and hairbows contribute to this look. You might carry a bag that depicts a cartoon or anime character or large stuffed animals. Pigtails and pink hair help to achieve this overly cute look. Ganguro
