While at a friend's home recently, I noticed their brand new bathroom countertops made from granite.
Since it was so stunning, I immediately began to ask him about it, how did he find the unique color and how tough was it.
I was shocked to learn that granite actually had quite a variety of colors to choose from.
Not only did I learn this but I learned that once it is fully installed, almost never would he need to have them replaced.
Needless to say that it was great to learn this and it got me intrigued by granite and bathroom countertops even more than before.
I used to always think that granite had to be a black or a very dark color before I saw the new countertop.
Apparently, there are many different colors available on the market today compared to when granite countertops first were mass produced.
The color I saw was nowhere near black and was more of a pink.
My friend told me that the name of the color was Autonno Vivo.
The color made his bathroom look beautiful.
It created an excellent contrast in color that made the bathroom unique from the rest of the house.
Besides the beauty from these granite bathroom countertops which makes them unique enough as is, they are very durable.
Granite is a very tough substance, very few items can cause it any damage.
Granite is temperature resistant as well, so in other words it will not get damaged from excessive heat or freezing temperatures.
So once a granite countertop is installed anywhere in the home, it is pretty much there to stay.
If I were to get a granite countertop, I would definitely look at the colors available on the market today.
If it made my friends bathroom look so great while adding such value to his home, I am sure it could do wonders for my home as well.
My friend's granite bathroom countertops were made by an excellent company that did their work in a timely and clean manner.
There was no mess and they were courteous the whole time.
