Simplest Things You Can Do To Treat Your Scars and Protect Your Skin
Before my skin were a mess, acne and deep acne and pox scars all over my body. I'd tried almost everything and I learned that the simplest things are better than multiple concurrent products being used on your face. After almost 15 years of searching for stuffs that works, my skin is now almost perfect. The truth is that there are a lot of over hyped pricey products out there which actually do not work as good as the inexpensive little know products.
For example, there are a lot of very effective natural remedies for treating scars which are cheap and will fade scars really well! All the same, natural remedies will not totally fade your scars but they will help to significantly reduce the visibility of your scars. If you want to make your scars to completely disappear you will have to use more advanced methods. Here are some few but very effective things you can do to treat and effectively fade your scars:
1. Cleansing - just use warm water and mild soap and wash your face twice in the morning and twice before sleeping. Avoid using cleansers that are not mild. I suggest acne-aid soap or cetaphil soap. Don't use liquid soaps as their surfactants are lesser than solid bars.
2. Moisturizing - Any mild moisturizers will do but I highly recommend UREA based moisturizers. You can skip this if your skin is oily.
3. Chemical peels - this is the most important. Microdermabrasion, dermarollers or any form of mechanical peeling is ineffective and will not penetrate beyond the first layer of the epidermis. Effect will only be temporary and is a waste of money.
Perform Chemical peeling once or twice a month using 30%TCA, 50% Glycolic Acid or Miracle Peels. I suggest peeling products from a skin peel shop as they worked best and they are the cheapest but of the highest quality [French made, tried and tested]. I really love their TCA peels and zeonfusion miracle peel set. It made my skin literally PERFECT after just a single peeling session. Also remember to visit your dermatologist at least once every 2 months.
To Protect Your Skin Form Further Scars You Can Do This Cleanse Three Times A Week:
1. Put baking soda powder all over your face.
2. Pour a spoonful of honey into the palm of your hand and mix it with more baking soda.
3. Rub that on your face.
4. Wait around two minutes, then wash off with cold water and pat dry with a towel.
5. Put some apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and dab on the uneven skin tone parts of your face.
That's for the blotchy-ness.
For the scars, you should do step 5 with lemon juice every morning.
Tip: the apple cider vinegar also works for treating acne that you want to go away.
