How to Program Zenith Universal Remote Codes
- 1). Turn on the device you want to program, such as your TV or DVD player.
- 2). Look up the device codes for the device you want to control (see Resources section).
- 3). Press and hold the "Code Search" button on your Zenith remote until the indicator lights at the top of the remote turn on. The Code Search button is located on the upper-left side of the remote.
- 4). Press and release the device key, such as the "TV" key or the "DVD" key. These are located at the top of the Zenith remote.
- 5). Enter the three-digit device code. The indicator light turns off after you've entered the correct code.
- 6). Press the "Power" button in the upper-right corner of the remote. The device you are trying to control turns off.
