How to Clean Laminate with Hydrogen Peroxide & Baking Soda
- 1). Pour 1 to 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide into a clean, empty spray bottle and secure the top on the bottle to prevent accidental spillage.
- 2). Set the bottle's nozzle to spray rather than stream. Aim the spray bottle within 10 to 12 inches from the floor and spray the hydrogen peroxide onto a 12 inch by 12 inch section of the floor.
- 3). Coat the floor lightly with baking soda over the sprayed area, and dampen the cleaning cloth with cool water.
- 4). Wipe up the hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, and rinse the cloth as needed so the mixture isn't just spread around the floor. Wipe the sprayed area with a dry cleaning cloth to remove any remaining moisture once all the hydrogen peroxide and baking soda is removed.
- 5). Move to the next area of the floor, and repeat the spraying and wiping process to clean the floor.
