    • 3). Multiply the current temperature by .6215.

    • 4). Multiply the wind velocity by the .16th power and round to the nearest 1/10000th.

    • 5). Multiply the temperature by .4275

    • 6). Multiply the result from Step 4 by 35.75.

    • 7). Multiply the result from Step 4 by the result from Step 5.

    • 8). Add 35.74 to the result from Step 3.

    • 9). Add the result from Step 6 to the result from Step 7.

      Add 35.74 to the result from Step 3.

    • 11

      Subtract the result from Step 6 from the result from Step 10.

    • 12

      Add the result from Step 7 to the result from Step 11.
