How many times have you decided that this is the year you are going to lose weight? I know I have decided that over and over and this time of year is the time of year we all begin to think about losing weight yet again. In just one short month it is going to be 2013 and we all will have some type of resolution to make. The reason why these DVD's or maybe even old VHS tapes get stuck behind the television never to be seen again is because they are really boring and are not something we look forward to doing ever again. I for one have at least 10 different kinds of workout routine videos shoved behind my television at this very moment. I even have Wii Zumba. Do you want to know how many times I have tried the Wii Zumba workout routine? Once! This is mainly because it is very hard to learn how to do the moves without an instructor teaching you what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong. I think, now that I have learned so much about kickboxing in the past month or so that giving kickboxing a chance to prove how fun it can be is what I need to do.
