  A skater guy is someone who skateboards for fun, and sometimes even for a living. Skateboarding has become a popular pastime for girls and boys alike. It is also a great way to get exercise and not be planted in front of the television or playing video games. Finding a gift for a skater guy is not a difficult task. Skateboard Equipment

• A skater guy can always use skateboard equipment. This does not have to be limited to a new skateboard. Although, if you choose to buy a new skateboard, make sure it is of high quality. Skaters can be very rough on boards and the cheaper ones are more likely to break. Skateboard equipment can include new wheels or even kits to clean and maintain the board.
  
  

Stickers/ Decor

• Look at many skaters' boards and you will see that they are individualized with stickers or emblems that the skater likes. You can purchase the same stickers and emblems at your local skate store for decorating the board and making it more personalized.
  
  

Safety Equipment

• Every skater needs a helmet and knee and elbow pads. There are different types of helmets, some for use on bikes and skates, and some just for skaters. Over time, safety equipment can become damaged with each fall and the skater can outgrow the equipment.
  
  

Skater Clothing and Accessories

• For those that view skating as more than just a hobby, but a lifestyle, there are several companies that cater to the skater "style" of clothing, shoes and accessories. Clothing featuring skateboards or skaters are popular, as are anything made by brands such as Pac Sun, Skechers, or Tony Hawk.
