Access Microsoft Exchange

• 1). Press the "Menu" button on the home screen of your BlackBerry.
  
  
• 2). Scroll to and click the "Settings" icon.
  
  
• 3). Select the "Options" icon.
  
  
• 4). Scroll to and select "Advanced options."
  
  
• 5). Click the selection for "Enterprise Activation."
  
  
• 6). From email, enter your e-mail address.
  
  
• 7). Scroll to the "Password" field and type in your email password. If your standard password does not work, then your company's IT department has a special password set to access. You must contact your IT department and ask them for the Exchange BlackBerry password.
  
  
• 8). Scroll to the "Status" field and press down on the trackball.
  
  
• 9). Select the option to "Activate."

  Wait when the BlackBerry begins to activate. You will see an hourglass, and the device may automatically turn off and back on.

  Press the red "End" button when the process is complete to return to the home screen of the BlackBerry.

  Press the "Menu" button on the home screen of your BlackBerry.

  Scroll to and select the "Messages" icon that represents your email account. When you scroll on the "Messages" icon, there will be unique text underneath signifying your account (such as yourname@work.com).

  Press the trackball to access your email inbox and read messages.
