How to Make a Rum Sour Cocktail
- 1). Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with crushed ice. Add the gold rum, freshly-squeezed lime juice and caster sugar to the cocktail shaker.
- 2). Cover the cocktail shaker with your hand or the top supplied with the shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- 3). Strain the drinks into two short cocktail glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish each drink with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry.
