Italian cream is a easy dessert you can make at your home by yourself. In Italy, it is called crema torta. It means cream cake in English.No matter if you haven't make any dessert before. Is this the first time you make a dessert? Then, this is the best thing to make. You don't have to buy recipe books and all those stuff. Just read this simple instructions and make it. You won't balieve that you made it perfectly in your first time. Nobody will think that this is the first dessert you made in your life time.

Okay, here are the few things you need to make this marvellous Italian Cream.
  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Pine apple juice – 2 cups
  • Gelatin – 7 or 8 tea spoons
  • Pine apple slices
  • Custard powder – 6 or 7 tea spoons
  • Vanilla – 2 tea spoons
  • Milk – 5 cups
  • Egg yolk – 4
  • Food colorings – pink and green

Now you can start following the instructions shown below. It is simple and easy. You have make a pineapple juice and a custard in order to make the pudding. So here is the way to make a pine apple juice, Only 5 steps are there to follow.

1.First mix a ½ of a pine apple with 2 cups of water and 340g of sugar.

2.Then heat until the content reduces to 2 cups. (You can use canned pine apple juice instead.)

3.Dissolve gelatin in 14 tea spoons of hot water.

4.Mix this gelatin mixture with pine apple juice and cook with moderate heat.

5.Cook this until gelatin dissolves completely.

Okay now you have to make the

Mix custard powder in some milk.

Mix sugar with remaining milk and cook until it boils.

Then add custard mixture to it and heat well while attiring continuously.

Keep away for cool.

Beat egg yolks and add it to the custard-milk mixture.

Now add the gelatin-pine apple mixture with this custard and knead well.

Divide the mixture into 3 parts.

Add pink color to one part and green color to 1 part. Leave the remaining part uncolored.

 Put green color layer into a pudding bowl and chill until it settles.

Then put some pine apple slices on it and pour the pink color layer onto it. Chill for some time.

Put some pine apple slices and then pour the final layer on to it.

Chill for about 2 hours.

Turn the pudding upside down and decorate before you serve it. 

You wont believe that you actuallty made it, such that it is so beautiful and mouthwatering.
