    • 1). Fold both bath towels in half lengthwise and then fold them in half again so that each towel is folded into fourths. Lay the folded towels out in a straight line with the end of one towel overlapping the end of the other towel. Secure the two overlapping ends together with three large safety pins. Starting at one end of the pinned towels, roll them toward the other end in a jelly roll fashion. Roll the towel chain up completely. With a large safety pin, pin the loose end of the towel against the towel roll at the point where the towel roll stops. Stand the towel roll on its narrow side so that the wide rolled circular part faces out. The roll should look like a cinnamon or jelly roll stood upright.

    • 3). Fold each washcloth in half. Start at one end of a folded washcloth and roll it up. Pin the loose end of the washcloth against the body of the roll with two medium sized safety pins. Repeat this process with each individual washcloth.

    • 4). Stand the bath towel section up on its side with the rolled portion facing out. Stack the rolled hand towel vertically on top of the bath towel section with the rolled centers facing out. Secure the rolled hand towels to the rolled bath towels with two large safety pins.

    • 5). Pin a washcloth roll to either side of the hand towel section --- the head --- to create ears. Pin a washcloth roll to either side of the bath towel roll near the head and body joint to create arms. Pin a washcloth roll to either side of the bath towel roll at the bottom of the roll to create legs. When looking at the bear, all of the rolls should look like cinnamon rolls stood on their ends.

    • 6). Tie a ribbon around the bear's neck. Plug in the glue gun and insert a glue stick in the glue. Allow the glue gun to get hot.

    • 7). Place a spot of hot glue on the closed end of the bobby pin and attach a wiggle eye to the glue. Repeat this process with the second eye and bobby pin. Place a spot of hot glue on the closed end of a large bobby pin and attach the large pompom. Repeat this process with the remaining bobby pin and pompom. Allow the glue to dry

    • 8). Push the bobby pins with the glued on eyes into the face of the teddy bear. Push a bobby pin with the pompom into the face below the eyes for the bear's nose. Stick the last bobby pin with a pompom into the lower back portion of the bear for his tail. Add ribbons or flowers as needed to coordinate with the party's theme.
