How to Create Asian Looking Eyes

    • 1). Take a black eyeliner and line the top lash line, beginning at the inside corner of your eyelid and lifting the line in an upward slant toward the outer eye area.

    • 2). Softly smudge the eyeliner at the outer edge of your lashes.

    • 3). Apply a dark eye shadow along the lash line. You can create this look with earth tones, a smokey gray or a sooty plum color. Make the line of color broader at the outer edges of your eye to enhance the look.

    • 4). Apply black mascara to your top lashes. Follow with a second coat applied to the outer lashes only; this will give a upward natural-looking slant to your eye shape. Do not apply the mascara to your lower lashes.

    • 5). Apply eyebrow pencil to your eyebrows. This should be one or two shades darker than your normal brow color. Asian eyes have bold eyebrows, this will accentuate the look you are trying to achieve.

    • 6). Finish the makeup application with a touch of iridescent eye shadow just under the outer edge of your eyebrow. If you used earth tones for your eyeshadow, a gold shade looks lovely for the highlight. If the eyeshadow is a smokey plum or dark gray, accenting the outer brow area with a white or sparkly, silver gray is ideal.
