    Paper Clip Hearts

    • 1). Bend the midsection of the paper clip so the large hoop of the clip at one section is bent up at a 60-degree angle with the hoop at the other end. This will form the top two parts of the heart shape. The smaller inner hoop of the clip should still be at the opposite end of the other unbent hoop. This smaller hoop will clip behind the piece of paper. The pointed tip of the bottom of the heart will clip over the front of the piece of paper.

    • 2). Grasp the loose piece of clip that is sticking out below the heart, using a pair of pliers. This piece can be bent upward so it is parallel and overlapping the part of the heart made by the unbent hoop.

    • 3). Place the heart-shaped paperclip on a piece of paper so the heart shape is clipped to the front, leaving the smaller hoop to clip behind the page.

    Monogram Paper Clip

    • 1). Unbend each end of the paper clip with your pliers until you have a straight wire.

    • 2). Bend one end of the wire into a letter using your pliers to carefully and slowly curve the wire. Do the same to the other end of the wire. These two letters could be for your first and last name.

    • 3). Slowly bend the wire to curve each end up and around until one letter is overlapping the other. the rest of the wire should be curved into a circle with the letters overlapping and sitting on the top-inside of the circle. This is your monogram charm made from a paper clip.
