    • 1). Place the four 33-inch boards on edge, parallel to one another, with the distance between the boards at about 10 inches. Position one of the 30-inch boards on edge perpendicular to the ends of the four, forming a large 30-by-36 inch rectangle. The two boards in the center should be evenly spaced. Affix the boards together with a pair of 2-1/2 inch wood screws through each joint.

    • 2). Position the piece of plywood over the frame, and attach with four 1-1/2 inch deck screws along each board.

    • 3). Measure from the top of the table saw's table to the floor. Subtract 1/2-inch from this distance, and cut each of the four remaining sections of 2-by-2 to this length to serve as legs for the table extension.

    • 4). Flip the completed table top upside down. Position one of the four legs vertically in one of the inside corners of the frame. Verify that the leg is perpendicular to the table frame with a framing square, and attach it to the frame with three 2-1/2 inch deck screws.

    • 5). Repeat the previous step with the other three legs.

    • 6). Flip the table extension over onto it's legs, and position it at the back edge of the table saw. The top of the table extension should be at the same height as the top of the Bosch table saw. Positioning the extension behind the saw will help support long boards as they are being cut.
