103 6
I talk to over 250 people every week and there's one commonality that's prevalent - stress.
The majority of people I consult are usually experiencing some type of financial hardship or mental challenge due to the tough times we're facing.
Some people create an environment for stress in their life, and then, when it gets out of hand, this everyday stress is transformed into excessive or super stress...
and they can't handle it.
People will do all sorts of things when excessive stress attacks, such as: snapping at someone, not listening attentively, focusing on me-me-me, feeling sorry for themselves, playing the blame game, fabricating the truth, being negative about everything, and the list goes on.
I'm sure you know someone who may have experienced the pains that this unpredictable economy has created.
We've got to realize that stress cannot be stopped in one's life - it's impossible, simply because stress is part of our innate make up - stress is that mechanism that gives you that lightning speed reaction to avoid an accident, it's also responsible for allowing people to have organisms.
That being said, you really wouldn't want to eliminate stress entirely out of your life.
But when stress becomes excessive due to life's challenges, that's when you need relief...
it's the excessive stress that causes people to lose control and get rattled, while at the same time creating an entry point for many common diseases and afflictions.
