For this stretch you will need to stand with you arms out straight facing towards your sides.
Stand against a wall.
Put your legs out so that your body is making a star shape.
Your feet should be about a meter apart from each other.
You should take a breath and rotate your right foot to that it runs along the wall.
Your other foot should still be facing forwards.
Bend your body over to the right side and straight out so you are touching your left ankle with your left wrist.
Hold this stretch for thirty seconds.
Repeat this stretch.
This is a great stretch because it does not require too much strain on the affected areas of your body.
