Chocolate Toffee Bars combine the best of both worlds: crunchy, sweet toffee and smooth, bittersweet chocolate. This recipe calls for 1 batch of Peanut Butter Toffee (recipe included below), however, you can substitute 1 pound of any other type of homemade or store-bought toffee that you have available. If you use another type of toffee, begin with step 7.
