Why You Must Never Give Up Smoking

You are coughing quite a lot lately, are finally becoming concerned about your health and are prepared to give up smoking.
Chances are your current effort to give up smoking isn't going to work.
The truth is, most people fail to give up smoking.
But, the reason is not what you might think.
The ads from the tobacco industry try to make you imagine that smoking is gratifying, a real joy.
Everybody else who smokes actually delights in smoking those superb tasting cigarettes.
But, let's face it.
Years ago, as soon as you took your first puff of a cigarette, you recognized that it tasted dreadful.
It hurt to try to breathe in that unpleasant smoke.
Your system reacted as it should to poison by trying to banish those deadly fumes from your lungs.
You coughed and felt you had inhaled a fistful of dirt.
If you can admit it, cigarettes even now taste pretty awful.
The tobacco industry knows they taste awful and irritate your throat.
Accordingly they provided a choice by adding an anesthetic to some cigarettes in the form of menthol.
And menthol cigarettes are "smooth".
Specifically, the anesthetic blocks the soreness or irritation due to the offensive tobacco smoke.
Not merely do cigarettes taste bad, they really are filthy.
They tarnish your teeth, soot soils your clothing and make your hair smell.
In general, you reek of tobacco smoke.
Your skin becomes lined.
You've gotten smokers' cough and are nervous about lung cancer.
Nevertheless, you smoke them anyhow.
The main reason you will smoke another cigarette is because of the preceding one.
The nicotine level in your blood has declined and you're starting to feel short-tempered, depressed, tired, and you could be starting to get a headache.
You require one more cigarette to raise the nicotine level in your blood to help you feel good, almost as good as a non-smoker.
Non-smokers don't want a cigarette.
Non-smokers already feel fine.
Their lungs are clean and give them lots of oxygen to feel active.
They don't feel bad-tempered every few hours.
They do not get headaches when they lack cigarettes.
It is time to admit that the only reason you smoke those ghastly cigarettes is that you are hooked on nicotine.
Plus, the nicotine in every cigarette you smoke changes your brain to make sure you feel worse and worse when you aren't smoking.
Every cigarette is digging a hole and you are sinking deeper and deeper into that hole.
Each cigarette you smoke raises you up a couple of feet but you plummet down harder and deeper as you finish smoking.
You won't ever ascend to the level of the non-smoker who is standing at the top looking down at you as you struggle in your hole.
It's so true.
Cigarettes taste horrible.
They inflame your throat.
They put injurious chemical compounds into your body.
They make you smell bad.
They cause you to feel short-tempered.
There is certainly nothing decent about cigarettes.
If you could possibly go back in time and know what you know today, you never would have touched a cigarette.
The actual fact is, when you quit smoking, you will never give up smoking.
There is nothing of any usefulness to give up.
When you stop smoking, you will be giving up the addiction to nicotine, the terrible effects tobacco soot has on both the inside and outside of your body.
You'll be giving up wasting tons of cash for all those dreadful things.
So, never give up smoking.
Give up all the hideous things related to smoking.
